I went in as a new patient at the start of 2011. I have since had three cleanings and 4 root canals & crowns (Needless to say I neglected my teeth throughout college).
My experience at Crosspoint Dentistry has been exceptional. My family and I have been patients for over 2 years. My 7 year old looks forward to his visits. Dr. Troung's staff is pleasant, personable, and trusting. I also have been using the Invisilign for only a few months and my teeth have improved tremendously. I have used many other dentists and have found that this will be our last! You wont find a more knowledgeable, kind, caring, honest staff than Crosspoint Dentistry!

I can't say I keep up on the bleeding edge of dental procedures, but I was surprised by some of what they offer, such as 'single tooth' numbing instead of Novocaine shots that leave your whole face numb for hours afterwards.
I have no qualms recommending Crosspoint to anyone, and would suggest you give them a try.
I have found the staff to always be very pleasant and professional. I have always been seen on time (or early), and have never had any reason to complain. While they do advertise some extra services on their website and in the lobby, I have never had any of them pushed on me like Jeni C mentioned in her review. The staff at Crosspoint has worked with me to schedule the services I need to maximize my insurance benefits.
Due to a billing dispute I declined an enhanced cleaning I had mistakenly thought was covered under my insurance without a co-pay. After politely declining treatment and voicing my displeasure , I stated I would research the treatment and look at my budget. I received a voicemail from a blocked phone number 10 minutes after I left saying they were offended and would not treat me again. I felt that the office was dishonest with their billing and highly unprofessional in leaving me that voice message. I do understand that dental costs can be high but the manner in how this was handled left a sour taste in mouth. I wish them the best in their future endeavors. ( Adding an edit to this review from the owner's response I was not as put off by the co-pay as I was to how the business manager handled it. Obviously she was upset I declined treatment but I did so politely and without incident. i wanted to further research the procedure and save money to come back. Until the message I received from the business manager confirmed my uneasy feeling about Crosspoint Dentistry.
I love them. Dr Troung is the most gentle dentist every and so sweet
